OMVIC is looking for experienced leaders to join our Discipline and Appeals Tribunals. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact on Ontario’s automotive landscape.
The Discipline and Appeals Tribunals play a crucial role in upholding the standards of our industry, handling cases related to registrants’ violations of the Code of Ethics and independently address issues referred by OMVIC’s Registrar.

Who should apply?
We are currently looking to fill four positions. We are seeking:
- Directors or officers of new or used car dealerships
- Registered salespeople from new or used car dealerships
Details:
- Term: 3 years, starting November 2024, with the possibility of renewal for a maximum of 9 years.
- Commitment: Typically one to three hours per month, primarily virtual; may vary based on discipline activity
- Compensation: Per diems and expense reimbursement
