OMVIC launches exporter guideline to support registrants

OMVIC is offering guidance on how best to support the industry and protect consumers, including those involved in vehicle exporting.
The Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA) defines seven classes of registered dealers, including the exporter class. Each class has unique registration and compliance requirements for business operations. These guidelines focus on the obligations of exporters, detailing their legislative requirements and addressing common issues specific to this dealer class.
