OMVIC Announces Department Name Changes

OMVIC is officially updating the names of two key departments to better reflect their roles and services. Effective today, January 2, 2025:
- Consumer Support is now the Complaints & Inquiries Department
- Dealer Support is now the Industry Standards & Conduct Department
These updates were made to provide clearer guidance on each department’s focus and responsibilities, making it easier for both the public and industry members to navigate OMVIC’s services and connect with the right team.
Importantly, the email addresses for both departments will remain the same. The Industry Standards & Conduct Department can be reached at [email protected]. For the Complaints & Inquiries Department, please continue to use [email protected].
